ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking modification of condition in para 7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.4044 of 2026 dated 03.03.2026, whereby the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent police at 10.30 A.M and 5.30 P.M for a period of four weeks and thereafter once in morning at 10.30 A.M for another two weeks and as and when required for interrogation.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, in Crime No.519 of 2025 by appearing before the Court at 10.00 a.m and before the respondent police at 6.30 p.m daily and hence sought modification of the above condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) strongly opposed for modification and submitted that the order of the learned Magistrate is subsequent to the order passed by this Court.
4. In view of the above submission, if the petitioner has any grievance, he is at liberty to approach the concerned Magistrate for appropriate modification. Hence, this Court does not find any merit in the present petition. Accordingly this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 07-04-2026 DRL
