(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 of IPC r/w 4 of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.1512 of 2020, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.11714 of 2020, therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
