This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to withdraw the IDOP NO.51 of 2025 from the file of the Family Court, Erode and transfer the
same to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore.
2. Despite service of notice to the respondent, the respondent has not chosen to appear either in person or through his counsel.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. The petitioner is the wife, who is facing proceedings in IDOP.No.51 of 2025 before the Family Court, Erode. The petitioner being a resident of Coimbatore and having an additional duty to take care of her minor girl child, aged eleven (11) years, expresses genuine inconvenience to attend the hearing at the Family Court, Erode and therefore has come up with the present transfer civil miscellaneous petition.
5. I have heard the petitioner and I have also gone through the affidavit filed in support of the transfer petition. I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out a good case for transfer civil miscellaneous petition being allowed as
prayed for.
6. In fine, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and I.D.O.P.No.51 of 2025 is withdrawn from the Family Court, Erode and transferred to Family Court, Coimbatore. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
