O R D E R
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in STC.No.01 of 2016, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Panruti, Cuddalore District. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the notice they demanded Rs.25,00,000/- whereas in the complaint filed only for Rs.15,00,000/-. Further, he submitted that there are so many discrepancies between the notice and the complaint.
3.These points cannot be considered under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. All these points can be considered only before the trial Court during trail. Moreover, PW1 already examined and trial also began.
4.Considering the above facts and circumstance of the case, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings at this stage. However, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
