This application is filed to pass an interim order entrusting the interim custody of the petitioner's minor daughter, Akshara Sanjeev aged 9 years and 10 months from 7 PM of 21.04.2024 (Sunday) to 19.05.2024 (Sunday) at 7 PM both days inclusive in addition to ongoing Sunday visitation scheduled during the said period as well and also on her 10th birthday which falls on 23.05.2024, between 10:30 am to 7:30 pm, pending disposal of the above OP.No.204 of 2016.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the visitation rights of the father (petitioner) during summer vacation have become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this application stands closed.
