Earlier, on 04.08.2020, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Later, the case was listed on 25.08.2020. On 25.08.2020, the learned counsel for the petitioner appeared and sought adjournment. Subsequently, on 01.09.2020 and 16.09.2020 also the learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment. Thereafter, the case came up for hearing today (i.e on 20.01.2021).

2.Today, when the matter is called, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, which shows that the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the case. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No cost.
