Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in G.O.(D) No.344 Commercial Taxes and Registration (M-1) Department, dated 12.10.2018 and quash the same, and direct the respondents to take over the School or appoint the Administrator for running the School. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file the same before the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, since the cause of action for filing the present writ petition arises within the jurisdiction of the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
