ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J) When the matter was listed on 02.07.2018, it was represented that the order of this Court dated 10.07.2017 in W.P.No.17381 of 2017, which is the subject matter of this contempt petition, has been complied with and the case was directed to be listed on 03.8.2018, under the caption "for orders". Accordingly, the mater was taken up for hearing on 04.03.2019, but, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the said date.
2. Today, Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has produced the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Tiruporur, in Na.Ka.No.3826/2017/AA2 dated 18.09.2017, which was duly endorsed by the Regional Assistant Tahsildar, Kelambakkam on 30.06.2018, and as per the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Tiruporur, there appears to be no demolition in Survey No.126 of Egattur Village, Thiruporur Taluk, as alleged by the petitioner in the above writ petition, and on enquiry, it reveals that the petitioner has committed some encroachments in Odai and Pathway Poromboke in Survey Nos.128/1 and 128/2 and accordingly the encroachments in the Survey Nos.128/1 and 128/2 alone have been removed by the revenue officials.
3. In the light of the same, this petition is closed, and if the petitioner is so advised and if it is open to him, he is always at liberty to challenge the above proceedings of the Tahsildar, Thiruporur, in accordance with law, before the competent forum.
