This Contempt Petition has been filed on the ground that the order of this Court dated 04.03.2021 passed in W.P.No.5127 of 2021 has not 1/2

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court on 04.03.201 in W.P.No.5127 of 2021 has been complied with. He also produced a copy of the order in G.O.(1D) No.236 , School Education Department dated 02.12.2021.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader and also recording the aforesaid Government Order dated 02.12.2021, this contempt petition stands closed. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, it is open to him to challenge the same, in accordance with law.
