No. 725/2011 on the file of the IV Addl City Civil Court Chennai dated 09.02.2017 (in CMP.11984/2018) and;

(ii)To modify the order passed in C.M.P.No11984/2018 in the above appeal and pass such order as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case (in CMP,16128/2018) Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.N.RAJAGOPALAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.P.L.NARAYANAN, Advocate for the 1st Respondent and of MR.V.V.SATHYA, Advocate for the 2nd Respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The earlier order of this court dated 25/09/2018 has been complied with by the appellant by depositing a sum of Rs.6,12,000/- on 30/10/2018. Hence, the (*) 1st respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

In view of the above, the interim stay already granted by this Court is made absolute.
