ORDER
When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for respondent produced a letter dated 10.9.2015 to show that medium term loan of Rs.80,000/- has been sanctioned to the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that permission may be granted to the respondent to submit application for educational loan for the previous academic year.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, liberty is given to the petitioner to submit application to the respondent seeking education loan for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
previous year. On submitting application by the petitioner, the respondent shall consider the same and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of submitting the application by the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
