O R D E R
(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the 4th respondent states that there has been closure of the Mining from 2008 and there can be no question of illegal mining of Bauxite Ore as alleged by the petitioner.
2. In view of the allegation to the contrary in the petition, the second respondent/District Collector to cause an inspection to be made to confirm that there is no illegal Mining going on. This exercise be undertaken within one month from the date of receipt of the order.
