2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.5708 of 2014.
