Prayer: The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to sanction educational loan to the petitioner's minor daughter namely, Siva Sankari for a sum of Rs.30 lakhs to the petitioner herein to pursue MBBS Degree course at Kharkiv National Medical University at Ukraine within an appropriate time.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the loan has already been sanctioned.
