This criminal original petition is filed to call for the records in Cr.No.167 of 2025 on the file of the 1st Respondent, Gomangalam Police Station, Coimbatore and quash the same.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed, the final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance in STC No. 1073 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pollachi on 01.11.2025.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
