ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner was imposed with a punishment of removal from service on 23.07.2020. As against the same, the petitioner has filed an appeal to the Chairman, Managing Director on 14.09.2019 itself. As a matter of fact, the postal receipt evidencing sending the said Appeal by way of registered post is filed along with the typed set of papers.

3. Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.R.Venkatesa Perumal, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the second respondent would submit that the appeal shall be disposed of within such reasonable period as may be directed by this Court. 4. In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of on the following terms:- (i).The first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 14.09.2019, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(ii). No costs.
