W.P.No.10454 of 2024 N.SATHISH KUMAR. J, This Writ Petition is listed today at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner under the caption 'for being mention'.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the Order in W.P.No.10454 of 2024 etc. batch dated 23.07.2024, in the 11th paragraph fifth line 'except 1% registration charges' has to be deleted.

4. In the same Order instead of 'f'. of paragraph 80, the following shall be read as 80. [f] :

[f] W.P.No.10454 of 2024 is disposed of quashing the impugned Order dated 25.03.2024 and the respondents are directed to file the sale certificate without insisting for registration fee and such filing will be subject to the result of the Writ Petition in W.P.[MD] No.8431 of 2023 pending before the Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court.

4. The registry is directed to carry out the above corrections and issue fresh Order copy to the parties concerned.
