..Respondents Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents, particularly, the respondents 3 and 4 to issue a Patta in favour of the petitioners for the house land property, situated at Seerapalli village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District, comprising in S.No.118/4, to an extent of 1600 Sq.ft., out of Acres 4.12 cents on the basis of the 1st petitioner's representation dated 26.05.2025 to the 4th respondent and subsequently the petitioners' representation sent on 26.02.2026 to all the respondents.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents, particularly, the respondents 3 and 4 to issue a Patta in favour of the petitioners for the house land property, situated at Seerapalli Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District, comprising in S.No.118/4, to an extent of 1600 Sq.ft., out of Acres 4.12 cents on the basis of the 1st petitioner's representation dated 26.05.2025 to the 4th respondent and subsequently the petitioners' representation sent on 26.02.2026 to all the respondents.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that patta has already been issued to the petitioner and hence, he sought to close this Writ Petition. He further submitted that as per the order dated 19.06.2026, the third and fourth respondents viz., Mr.S.Shashi Kumar, Tahsildar, Rasipuram and Mrs.V.Shanthi, Revenue Division Officer, Namakkal Division, appeared before this Court and hence, their presence may be dispensed with. 3.

Considering the fact that the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has already been granted by issuing patta to the petitioner, this Writ Petition is

closed. The presence of the third and fourth respondents viz., Mr.S.Shashi Kumar, Tahsildar, Rasipuram and Mrs.V.Shanthi, Revenue Division Officer, Namakkal Division is dispensed with. No costs. 25-06-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order SRM To
