Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482, Cr.P.C. to modify the condition to the petitioners shall stay at Erode and appear, sign before Erode Judicial Magistrate No.1 Court, daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders in Crime No.114 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police in Crl.M.P.No.364 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri.

O R D E R

The petitioner has been enlarged on anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P.No.364 of 2018 by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri on 08.03.2018 on condition that the petitioners execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Krishnagiri and thereafter, shall reside at Erode and sign before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Erode daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5 p.m. until further orders. Challenging the said condition, the accused has filed the present modification application.

2. The fact remains that the accused has been enlarged on anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court taking into https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consideration various factors. The idea of asking the accused to stay elsewhere is to see that the accused and the defacto complainant do not once again quarrel. In such view of the matter, this Court will not interfere into such orders. However, the petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are directed to stay at Erode and sign before the Judicial Magistrate I, Erode for a period of one week at 10.30 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. As regards the petitioner Nos.3 and 4/A3 and A4, since they are ladies, they are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

3. With the above modification, the criminal original petition is closed.
