petitioner who is in the illegal custody of the 4th and 5th respondents and produce her before this Court and to set her at liberty forthwith, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue was with her parents and now she is married and settled abroad.

3.Recording the same, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
