JUDGMENT
Today, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he has already sent a communication to the appellant, but he has not received any instructions from him and hence, he requested one week's time to take steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent.
2. Though, this Court has granted sufficient time to the appellant to take steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent and has also imposed costs vide order dated 06.06.2017, the same is not paid. The appellant has not complied with the said order of this Court so far. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2013 is closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
In view of the above, the second appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
