ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decretal order made in PPCMA No.9 of 2015 on the file of the District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur, confirming the proceeding of the Estate Officer dated 29.04.2015 in PP/12/Tvlr/2012 on the file of Estate Officer, Tamilnadu Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1975, Waqf House, Chennai 600 001.

The learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
