ORDER

The petitioner who was arrested on 29.04.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 174(3) Cr.P.C., @ 306 of IPC in Cr.No.145 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the victim are husband and wife and that due to matrimonial dispute between them, the victim committed suicide. Hence, the compliant.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that he is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the marriage between the petitioner and the deceased took place 1 1⁄2 years prior to the occurrence and that the victim committed suicide due to the matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the victim. He further added that the RDO enquiry regarding the same is pending and that the lab reports are also awaited and that the investigation is still in the early stages. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the stage of investigation and also the objection raised by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this is not a fit case for grant of bail. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
