O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties already appeared before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court and settled the matter and the respondent has also agreed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.127 of 2016 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Thiruvarur. He further submitted that both the petitioner and respondent filed a petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, for divorce by mutual consent and the same is pending before the III Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2.Though the respondent entered appearance through advocate, today there is no representation on behalf of the respondent.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
