This petition has been filed seeking to amend the satisfaction Court as the Judicial Magistrate - 4, Tiruppur instead of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ulunderpet, Kallakurichi District and offences as 296(b), 329(4), 351(2), 110 1/3

of BNS r/w under Section 4 of Women Harassment Act 2002 and include the offence under Section 125(a) of BNS in Crl.O.P.No.6645 of 2025 order dated 19.03.2025.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in Crl.O.P.No.6645 of 2025 dated 19.03.2025 and issue fresh order copy.
