Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the 1st respondent's letter bearing No.17283/M.M.B.2/ 2005-1 dated 21.01.2006 pertaining to the Government quarry lands measuring 1-29-5 Hectors, comprised in Survey No.178 and 176 (Part), situated in Chickkagajanur Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to grant prospecting license by reconsidering the petitioner's renewal application dated 25.05.2005.
