The petitioner is said to have made a representation on 15.08.2015 to respondent No.2 seeking cancellation of document by conducting enquiry on the ground that fraud has been committed while registering the gift deed.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the private respondents submitted that the petitioner have already filed suit and therefore, it is not proper on his part to make this complaint.

3. *In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of. However, respondent No.2 shall consider the scope and applicability of the suit filed at the instance of the petitioner with respect to the maintainability of the complaint and entitlement in getting relief on merits.
