Seeking an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents/defendants, their men and agents, representatives in any manner from alienating or encumbering the suit schedule property to any third party, the present application has been filed. 2.By order dated 27.11.2015, this Court granted an order of interim injunction and the same is still in force. 3.Despite service of notice on the respondents, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents.
