O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members in connection with crime No.470 of 2015 on the file of 2nd respondent police The Central Police Station, (KVR NAGAR) Tiruppur District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that one Ramesh and his family committed suicide, in connection with which, a case in Crime No.470 of 2015 is under investigation and the involvement of petitioner's son is in enquiry.

4. Under such circumstances, no blanket order of not to harass the petitioner can be passed. The petitioner is directed to cooperate in the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
