This Court by an order dated 30.04.2019, directed the Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.247 of 2016 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Since the Principal Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram, requested some more time to comply with the order of this Court vide letter dated 16.12.2019.

2. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter dated 16.12.2019, four months time is extended to comply with the order of this Court dated 30.04.2019.
