ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation pending in Crime No.43 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent to the 2nd respondent and file a final report. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that investigation in this case is almost completed and final report would be filed in due course. 3.In view of the fact that investigation is almost completed and that final report would be filed in due course, this Court is of the view that it is not necessary to transfer the First Information Report in Crime No.43 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent to the file of 2nd respondent. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 13.06.2023
