Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay the operation of the Judgment and decree dated 04.10.2018 passed by V Additional District Judge in OS No.110 of 2013(IN CMP.NO.9630/2020) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SARANRAJ, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.R.BHARATH KUMAR, Advocate for 1st Respondent the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This petition has been filed by the petitioner, who is the appellant being the defendant, in the suit filed for declaration and delivery of possession.

Since the petitioner has filed the statutory appeal, obviously, there has to be stay insofar as the delivery of possession is concerned.

In such view of them matter, the interim stay already granted is made absolute and this miscellaneous petition is disposed of. Post the appeals for final hearing on 26.10.2021. -sd/- 05/08/2021 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar ( Statistics / C.S. ) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
