W.M.P. No. 23765 of 2022 in W.P.No.2957 of 2016 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN., J, This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners herein viz., G.Mohana Ramesh and Chandra Prema as legal heirs in the place of Dhanalakshmi Ammal, who is arrayed as petitioner in the writ petition No.2957 of 2016.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the writ petition.
