(in CMP.6569/2016) in AS.No.321/2016 and;
(Xerox copy attached in schedule of property) (ii) to grant an order of ad interim injunction restraining the petitioner/1st Respondent or his men, agents or servants from demolish/ altering the existing superstructure and putting any construction in the Schedule properly and where it is the subject matter of the suit O. S.No. 40/2013 on the file of the Principal District Judge at Puducherry (in CMP.4082/2017) pending disposal of this first appeal 321/2016 respectively.
