The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 394 and 397 IPC in Crime No.38/2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused attacked the defacto complainant and snatched gold jewel from him. Hence the complaint.

3. When the matter is posted on 26.05.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence the matter is posted on 27.05.2021. Today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
