Mrs.M.E. Rani Selvam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. With consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner is working as Town Planning Officer in Krishnagiri Municipality. He is a differently abled person as he was attacked by polio in left leg. He is also suffering due to Cervical Spondylisoys and Lumbar Spondylisoys. The petitioner states that he periodically goes to C.M.C. Hospital, Vellore, for medical check up. In these circumstances, he made representation dated 08.05.2015 to the respondent to transfer him either to Arcot Municipality or to any other Municipality in Vellore District.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the respondent could be directed to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner in the light of the facts stated above within a stipulated period.

5. In view of the narrow prayer made, the respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 8.5.2015, on merits and in accordances and in the light of the facts stated above, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
