The prayer sought for in the writ petition is to direct 1st and 2nd respondents to dispose the petitioner's representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 30.04.2018 and also to direct respondents 3 & 4 not to harass the petitioner.

2. No Appearance for the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 & 4. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. It is seen from the records that petitioner has sent a representation to the 1st respondent to take action the against the 3rd & 4th respondents who threatened the petitioner instead of taking action on the complaint filed by the petitioner before them.

4. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner's name is history sheeted in three cases.

5. In view of the facts and circumstances of this case and also the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered as it is devoid of merits.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
