Respondents PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the entire records pertains to the impugned order dated 30.06.2015 on Proceedings Pa.A.No.Pa1/58/2015 dated 30.06.2015 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the impugned order passed by the first respondent dated 30.06.2015 made in Pa.A.No.Pa1/58/2015 in and by which the petitioner has been transferred from Mettur range to Salem Soil Conservation Scheme within the Salem division.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that initially by order dated 08.05.2015, the petitioner was transferred from Mettur Forest Range (Special Division) to Mettur Forest Range, Mettur and within a period of 1 1⁄2 months, the present https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

impugned order has been passed transferring the petitioner from Mettur range to Salem.

3.Per contra, Mr.N.Inbanathan, the learned Government Advocate has submitted that by order dated 08.05.2015, the petitioner was transferred from one Section to another Section in Mettur Forest Range, Salem and by the present impugned order dated 30.06.2015, he is transferred to Salem Soil Conservation Scheme, Salem and since, the petitioner has been transferred within the same division, the petitioner cannot have any grievance.

4. In the above stated facts and circumstances, I do not find any infirmity in the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent and hence, I am not inclined to interfere with the same.
