This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, in D.No.813 of 2019 dated 05.04.2019. 2.It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in Crl.O.P.No.23617 of 2017, this Court by an order dated 23.08.2018, directed the trial Court to complete the trial proceedings in C.C.No.7362 of 2013, within a period of three months. However, the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, has sent communication dated 05.04.2019 in D.No.813 of 2019, narrating the sequence of proceedings in C.C.No.7362 of 2013 and sought further period of three months time to complete the trial in the said case.

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant three months time to complete the trial in C.C.No.7362 of 2013 from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 29.04.2019 rna http://www.judis.nic.in
