PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 397 read with 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to set aside the conviction and sentence imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram in CA.No.38 of 2009 dated 19.03.2010 reversing the judgment passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Villupuram in CC.No.10 of 2005 dated 24.06.2009.
