2. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.Nos.10387 & 10685 of 2020 on 10.07.2020, the petitioners have been complying with the conditions and hence, they seek for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.10387 & 10685 of 2020 on 10.07.2020 is relaxed and modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
