This revision is directed against the judgment and decree in MCOP No.761 of 1992 dated 23.07.2001 on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Court, Dharmapuri.

2. The claim petition in this claim is of the year 2001 and still services has not been completed on Respondents 1 and 2. Hence, no purpose would be served in ordering or permitting fresh notice. The compensation awarded by the tribunal to the injured is very meagre. This is not a fit case to be entertained under extraordinary jurisdiction.

3. In view of the above circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as lacking in merits. No costs.
