This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner on the guise of collecting the loan amount for the defacto complainant.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint given by one Hari, petition enquiry is pending before the respondent police against the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioner. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.

With the above observation, the criminal original petition is closed.
