O R D E R

The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.02.2021 for the offences under Sections 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(B) and 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.8 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 4 kg of Ganja. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that he is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) vehemently objects to release the petitioner on bail. In this case, the petitioner was found in possession of 4 kg of Ganja. The case is pending in trial stage for examination of the P.W.5. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this is not a fit case for grant of bail.
