This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners herein on record as the legal representative of the deceased Late.Mr.Syed Abdul Khader, who is the petitioner in the writ petition in W.P.No.14706 of 2020.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, W.M.P.No.13710 of 2024 is allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
