This Writ petition has been filed challenging the appeal rejection order of the 1st respondent dated 05.11.2024 in Ref.No.ZD3311240162350 and quash the same.

2. When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the assessment order itself has been set aside by this Court and therefore the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also in view of the endorsement made, this writ petition is 2/4

dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
