Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2017 within a fixed period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court for complying the copy application in C.A.No.15615 of 2017 dated 02.11.2017 and to issue the certified copy of Decree and Judgement dated 16.07.1990 in O.S.No.409 of 1983 passed by the III Additional Sub-Judge, Coimbatore.

O R D E R

Mr.M.Baskar, learned Panel Counsel, Madras High Court, takes notice for the first respondent.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider his representation dated

18.11.2017, for complying the copy application in CA.No.15615 of 2017 dated 02.11.2017 and issue the certified copy of the Decree and Judgement in O.S.No.409 of 1983 dated 16.07.1990 on the file of the III Additional Sub-Judge, Coimbatore.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though such application was filed, the same has not been complied with so far.

4. On the other hand, the learned Panel counsel, appearing for the respondents, based on written instructions, submitted that the copy application No.15615 of 2017 dated 02.11.2017 has been complied on 06.01.2018 and that the Superintendent, Copying Section and the Principal District Judge (FAC), Coimbatore has submitted a report on 30.01.2018, stating that the stamp papers were called for on 08.01.2018 and such stamp papers were not deposited so far. Therefore, he submitted that once the stamp papers are deposited by the petitioner, the certified copy of the orders sought for will be furnished to him.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would immediately comply with the same.

6. Recording the above said statement of the learned Panel Counsel for the first respondent, this writ petition is disposed of, accordingly, as no further order is necessary in this writ petition. No costs.
