A.No.1747 of 2020 in M.SUNDAR.J., Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier proceedings dated 25.08.2020, which read as follows: 'Instant application has been taken out by the petitioner in the main OP with a prayer to bring on record respondents 3 to 6 herein, who according to the applicant, are legal heirs of deceased first respondent. This Court is informed that first respondent died pending main OP and the date of demise is 27.10.2019.

2. Issue notice to respondents 3 to 6 in instant application. Private notice permitted. Counsel for applicant is permitted to take out private notice through electronic modes of communication [besides conventional mode] subject to delivery on noticee being demonstrated.

2. Mr.G.Surya Narayanan, learned counsel on record for applicant/petitioner is before me in this web hearing on a video conferencing platform.

3. Respondents 3 to 6 have been duly served. Be that as it may, 1/4

Mr.K.Kathiresan, learned counsel with address for service at No.226, NSC Bose Road, Chennai, who has joined the web hearing on a video conferencing platform today, submits that he has instructions to enter appearance on behalf of respondents 3 to 6. To be noted, learned counsel was on record for deceased first respondent and respondents 3 to 6 are legal heirs of deceased first respondent.

4. On instructions, learned counsel, who has accepted notice on behalf of respondents 3 to 6, submits that he has no opposition or objection to captioned application. Learned counsel also submits that parties are in Madurai and therefore, vakalatnama for respondents 3 to 6, who will now be impleaded as respondents 3 to 6 in captioned main OP vide this order, will be filed within a fortnight from today.

5. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned application allowed. Petitioner to carry out necessary and consequential amendments, within a fortnight.
