This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Cr.No.103 of 2010, pending on the file of the third respondent to CB CID or the investigation under the supervision of second respondent.

and further action has been dropped. He further submitted that the learned Magistrate has also accepted the final report and notice has been sent to the petitioner herein before accepting the final report.
