..Respondents in both WPs COMMON Prayer:Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned list dated 01.09.2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to conduct the Oral Test calling the petitioners for the Oral Test.

Pleader * * * * * C O M M O N O R D E R The relief sought for in these Writ Petitions is to quash the impugned list dated 01.09.2014, on the file of the second respondent and direct the respondents to conduct the Oral Test calling the petitioners for the Oral Test.

2.Mrs.C.N.G.Niraimathi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission submitted that the writ petitioner-Mr.P.Parivalla (Register No.02132152), and the other Writ Petitioner-Mr.S.Mohankumar (Register No.02121117), have not reached the zone of consideration for admission to Oral Test at the ratio of 1:3 and therefore, they were not admitted for Oral Test for the posts of Executive Officer, Grade-I and Assistant Commissioner respectively.

3.Since the writ petitioners have not reached the zone of consideration, the case of the writ petitioners on merits cannot be considered. In this view of the matter, no further adjudication is required in these writ petitions.
